Speed Training (4 one on one Sessions - $50 per hour)

Are you ready to increase your speed and take your athleticism to the next level? Then register for our elite training package. Package includes 4 hands on practices that will be roughly 1 hour long. All training sessions will be 1 on 1 and specifically tailored to the improvements you’d like to see and your goals as an athlete. Just bring your running shoes and a can do attitude and we’ll handle the rest.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM EACH TRAINING SESSION

  • Each training session will begin with a guided warm up combining both dynamic and static stretching (10 mins)

  • Next up is a sprint workout that will alter every week (Depending on your sport) (25 mins)

  • Core circuit/Plyometric work (10 mins)

  • Fun Game!! (10 mins)

  • Cool Down (5 mins)

  • All training sessions will take place at Pearl River High School

  • Athlete must wear a mask at all times
